About p2m

We illustrate our operation like a pit lane for companies. The driver drives the car alone, but he needs a team behind him. A team that helps him through the difficulties and provides necessary support for him to concentrate on the most important thing – to do his best! p2m was founded for providing tools and know-how to enterprises. Our goals are: to ensure the efficiency of internal processes and develop organization taking all corporate operations into account. We assist our partners with the most effective management support devices, software and web communication tools. Based on our F1-metaphor we categorized our services into three main areas: • The Race Track (external environment of the company) - Strategy management; Risk management; Marketing consultancy; Managing tenders. • The Race Car (operation of the company) - Development of the organization and operation; Process management; Performance measurement; Building up and operating management systems according to international standards; Technology and product development; Preparation for product certification and licensing. • The Driver - Coaching, education, trainings; Gamification. We pay special attention to keep our professional knowledge up to date and we test our services first of all on ourselves. On the tender announced by the Ministry of Human Capacities we won the honourable title “Family Friendly Workplace”. In November of 2015 we won the Ethics in Business Award. From its foundation the award was given to companies that are serving as models for other companies, in terms of responsible business operations, while significantly contribute to the upgrading of the domestic business, as well. In May of 2016 p2m received the “Hungary’s Most Excellent Company Award”. The award was founded by Investors in People Hungary and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. We became the winner of the category “Organizational cooperation”.
