About PA Occupational Health

I have been providing occupational health services to businesses of various sizes for 30 years. I have have carried out work for companies that have as little as a handful of employees up to a few thousand employees. These include industries as varied as engineering, aerospace, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and recycling. I have also carried out work for solicitors, GP surgeries, nursing homes and have completed a number of NHS contracts to help NHS staff deal with their physical and mental health issues within the workplace. I provide a wide range of occupational health services aimed at ensuring businesses thrive and meet all their legal obligations. I work alongside many companies throughout the UK to help maintain the health and wellbeing of their workforces, that can lead to a reduction in sickness absence and an increase in productivity. I specialise in sickness absence management and case management. If you have employees on short or long term sickness absence I can help promote a timely return to work with a suitable return to work plan for them so that sickness absence levels are well controlled. I can also help deal with any capability cases or ill health retirement cases so that the correct decision and appropriate actions are taken in line with protecting the business and the health of the employee.
