Our approach to team and leadership development is based on the premise that people learn best by doing. That’s why PCfL specializes in meaningful, active, indoor and outdoor learning experiences. We are noted for our customer focus in assisting them to get the results they deserve. If an organization is going to invest the time and money in having a team experience, designing an engaging activity with the intent to learn is the best return on investment! Since 1987 we have been helping teams and leaders around the world, learning and developing ourselves along the way. As the world continues to get more global and our own children enter the workforce, topics such as diversity and inter-generational take on new meaning and relevance. Our facilitators provide outdoor team building experiences along with content programming such as personality inventories and presentation style training. We are faculty at The Banff Cente, Leadership Development and work with a number of other facilitators and consultants. We know it is possible to have both fun AND learning - that's what we do!
