Pacific Homecare is a Charitable Trust organisation providing home-based health care services throughout South Auckland to the disabled and the elderly, who wish to stay living at home, but who need assistance. With over 20 years experience serving the community, we strive to serve all clients with love, care and professionalism. We take a sensitive cultural approach to our work, respecting the cultural differences, requirements and preferences of all clients. As a certified Home Health Care Service Provider, we encourage a holistic approach to health and work in accordance with the Treaty of Waitangi’s three core principles of protection, partnership and participation. Mission: To be New Zealand’s lead provider of home care services – enriching and improving the health and well being of the elderly and disabled, with particular emphasis on Pacific people.
