About Pacific Investment Research (PAIR)
Founded by Frank Fan and Will Cao in 2017 at the University of Pennsylvania, Pacific Investment Research (PAIR) is a student-run stock research group. Upholding a fundamental research-driven approach, we aspire to identify US and Chinese securities with significant valuation displacements. Our analysts are deeply engaged with both US and Chinese economies and are capable of creating differentiated theses and delivering high-quality research. PAIR currently has over 200 active and past undergraduate members represented by over 15 top US and Chinese colleges including the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, University of Chicago, NYU, Harvard University, Yale University, MIT, Brown University, Cornell University, Wellesley College, UCLA, Emory University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Jiaotong University, and Fudan University.
