Our firm is involved in many different aspects of the real estate and real estate investing such as providing commercial bridge financing, the direct sale of real estate investment properties to buyers and wholesale investors, as well as acting as a buyer ourselves for larger portfolio's of assets. COMMERCIAL LOANS & BRIDGE FINANCING Our main focus is to directly fund bridge loans for commercial real estate. In other words we are a principal funding source that provides short term private money loans otherwise known as bridge loans, on commercial assets, preferably with qualified sponsors(borrowers) or operators already in place looking to stabilize an asset (lease up) or make an acquisition. We fund our commercial loans on many different asset types including but not limited to Multi-Family, Student Housing, Self Storage, Office, Retail, Mixed-Use, RV/Mobile Home Parks, Hotel/Motel, & Warehouse/Distribution. We only do loans in the continguous United States and prefer deals of atleast $2mm (2 million). As a private lender we think like a bank and therefore we buy notes and note pools, but we are also interested in purchasing bulk real estate investment portfolio's such as REO and non-performing assets. Often times when we purchase an REO tape or any other large asset pool we'll sell these assets directly to other private investment firms as well as real estate investors, wholesalers, and individual buyers.
