These client service representatives remain on-call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and are briefed regularly on the details of the aircraft. This allows clients to immediately convey specific flight requirements, attain immediate reports on aircraft status, check on financial or maintenance data, and so forth. The flexibility offered by this system grants each owner a greater level of control over how rapidly the aircraft may be utilized regardless of unexpected changes to a flight's itinerary and provides the owner with alerts to delays due to such factors as air traffic control or weather.
