Packaging Color Manufacturing. With more than 50 years of experience in the packaging customization sector, PCM Group continues to invest in customized solutions for each container, carrying out the materialization of the most exclusive finishes. PCM Packaging Color Manufacturing S.L, founded in 1972, began its activity in the painting industry, after years of experience it managed to consolidate itself in 1995 as a national reference in the cosmetics, perfumery and pharmacy sector. Following the increase in demand for its services, in 2001 a new factory was opened in Sant Just Desvern, with a surface area of 3,500 m2 and the installation of 3 new automatic lacquering lines. A decade later, PCM Group expanded its services by also offering screen printing and hot-stamping with an investment in both facilities, adding more than 800 m2 of surface area and high-capacity machinery. Thus transferring its know-how from the cosmetics, perfumery and pharmacy sector to the food sector; wines, oils, spirits, etc. In 2014, the factory was once again expanded by 1,400 m2, bringing the total to almost 6,000 m2. A year later, and in line with the company's EcoFriendly policy, which is committed to the environment, a significant investment was made in a new, state-of-the-art machine for large-scale UV-curing screen printing productions, thereby reducing the environmental impact and CO2 emissions, without sacrificing the highest print quality. Today, PCM Group continues to grow and adapt to the new needs of its customers.
