In 1975, Dominic Imburgia and Phyllis Muccianti sat at a kitchen table with $1,000 and their eyes on the American dream. With years of packaging experience between them, they had the knowledge and work ethic to go it alone and fulfill their vision of providing an unprecedented level of service that puts the customer first. After getting a foothold in the industry, Dominic and Phyllis learned every aspect of the flexible packaging industry, eventually buying all their own equipment to handle the manufacturing process. Together, they grew the business one 18-hour day at a time, striking a careful balance between running the equipment and meeting with clients to find custom solutions to meet their specific packaging needs. With Dominic’s sons joining the company in the late 80’s and a third generation just beginning, this privately owned and operated business has grown from that kitchen table for two to a quarter of a million square feet for 220. Fully integrated - Pre-Press, Extrude, Print, Laminate, and Convert.
