PACKER LEATHER’S research and development team is at the forefront of new global systems and technologies enabling more sustainable leather creation, and more agile and leaner production processes. The Global leather Industry recycles over 7 million tonnes of hides and skins each year. These are a by-product of the food industry and without the ability of the leather industry to transform them into leather, would go to landfill with huge environmental impact. PACKER LEATHER is proud to part of this global recycling program and making a sustainable contribution to a society that needs to consume less, reuse more and a recycle everything.
