PACON is an AS9100D+ISO9001 5-Axis CNC machine shop specializing in machining complex geometry and close-tolerance components for mission critical applications. A recognized “Top Shop” by Modern Machine Shop magazine for its Precision Machining 4.0® Digital-to-Physical lean manufacturing process, an operationally comprehensive implementation of lean principles with Industry 4.0 technologies to produce lower cost, quality precision machined components. For over 50 years, the PACON team built its reputation as a quality supplier of precision machined components. The work we do for our customers is essential to their success and we have become an essential supplier to the world’s most innovative Space & Defense, Robotic Automation, Life Science, and Semiconductor OEMs. We are a one-stop-shop providing 5-Axis milling, mill-turn, light assembly, and sub-tier management of other specialized requirements from prototyping, through Design For Manufacture (DFM) support, lean Just In Time (JIT) production and cost reduction. Value Chain Integration is equally as important to the delivery of mission critical components. PACON works closely with qualified suppliers of customer specified raw materials, hardware, and special processes.
