Paddle Up are proud to be a recognised BSUPA School, here’s a little bit about what we do… Board Hire, SUP Lessosn & SUP Yoga on the River Thames, Shepperton. We also run a social club night every Thursday! Whether this is your first time, or you’re a paddling pro, we can accommodate you with a variety of boards and services. We encourage physical fitness and good mental health, and want to share with you guys the beauty and wildlife that can be seen along the river, in a fun but safe way.
