About PAERADIGMS

At Paeradigms, we are passionate about realising human potential through education and lifelong learning. We focus on transformational outcomes that lead to social change, economic impact and human development. Our organisation has a dual structure: The first pillar is a Swiss-based, social enterprise registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), offering expertise on all education and learning activities undertaken throughout life. Our experience ranges from institution building, curriculum development and teaching to quality assurance, communications and gender mainstreaming. We co-create projects, offer specific expertise, join midway to provide backstopping, or conduct a final evaluation. Our partners include GIZ (Germany), UKAID (UK), and the Union for the Mediterranean. The second pillar of Paeradigms is an NGO that implements education projects funded by development agencies and foundations – or realised through our own resources to share knowledge and contribute to social transformation. In both capacities, we emphasise participation, consensus and ownership. We believe that only co-creation inspires real learning and lasting change. Paeradigms has a small full-time team, supplemented by a large network of professionals with diversity in gender, ethnicity, geography, language skills, academic background, and field experience around the globe.
