Our mission is to enable medical professionals worldwide to focus on what really matters: their patients. Even as a market leader with about 700 employees and 60 years of experience, we have retained the agility of a start-up company. Innovation and team spirit, high quality standards and speed are deeply rooted in our DNA. Our company is owner-managed and headquartered in Geisingen, Germany, with an additional manufacturing facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Four sales offices in Germany, Switzerland, the USA, and the UK, along with long-standing distribution partners in over 100 countries, represent us globally. Additionally, we hold a majority stake in SensorStim, a Berlin-based start-up specializing in medical device and software development. The success story of PAJUNK® began in the mid-1960s in the Black Forest, the cradle of precision engineering. It was here that the brothers Horst and Heinrich Pajunk laid the foundation for the independent family business specializing in the development and manufacture of high-precision medical instruments. Since 1993, Simone Pajunk-Schelling and Martin Hauger have been leading the company in the second generation. Under their joint management, the internationalization of PAJUNK has been successfully advanced - with a clear connection to the production site in Geisingen, Germany.
