About PALAS

The future always awakens a whirlwind of feelings. A mixture of fear and fascination. Anxiety and curiosity. Fear and hope. We don't want the old, but we feel uncomfortable with the new. We want change, but we resist and cling to old beliefs. It was from this paradox that PALAS emerged. In order to deconstruct their mental and business models, Marília Cardoso, a businesswoman in the communications industry, and Alexandre Pierro, a mechanical engineer and specialist in management systems, set out on a journey into the unknown, seeking to understand the future to accelerate transformations in the gift. By discarding the old, they found new ways of thinking and doing. There were so many discoveries that knowledge overflowed, giving rise to a new company, of innovation and management, with the purpose of preparing companies for the future. Our goal is to share everything we have learned, making life easier for entrepreneurs who are going through what we have been through.
