Our lean model allows us to produce up to 15,000 cans per day at very competitive tolling rates. We also have the ability to source ingredients and provide 12 Oz standard cans should you need them. Our facility's capabilities include: Tunnel Pasteurization: the beverage production kill step that allows us to maintain consumer safety and prolong shelf life. Batch Carbonation: precise carbonation control for up to 70+ barrels per batch. Can Sizes: we work with 8.4 Oz, 12 Oz Standard, 12 Oz Slim, and 16 Oz can sizes. Quality Control: we have a vigorous cleaning protocol in place along with a beverage quality control lab. Ingredient Sourcing: select ingredients are always available onsite. Sleeving: our line allows for inline shrink sleeving and post production sleeving. Custom Pack-out: PakTech, trays, plastic wrap, stickers we pack according to your brand's needs and requirements. Storage: dry & temperature-controlled storage available on site. Kosher Certified: Palate Pack is certified Kosher by KVH & OU. Organic Certified. No Minimums: our philosophy is to produce smaller batches, more often to maintain optimal freshness and minimize capital requirements.
