Palaweña's mission is not just to bring our guests, investors and the people behind the Palaweña brand on our journey to overall wellness, but to do so with sustainability and diversity in mind; and importantly by serving the community that we operate our businesses in, by investing in them through job creation and various other initiatives that engages the local community in sustainable and responsible tourism, as well as agri-tourism and cultural tourism which seeks to contribute to the preservation of the Palaweño heritage for future generations. Established in May 2021, Palaweña, Co.acquires sustainable investment opportunities in wellness real estate for future development, and for sustainability-conscious investors. Launching in Q1, 2022 Palaweña crafts bespoke wellness travel experiences with sustainable and responsible tourism at its core; combining agricultural, cultural and culinary tourism to provide holistic, wellness-centered travel experiences to local and international guests. In pursuit of making education and training available to all, particularly to those in marginalized communities, Palaweña has kickstarted its Balinsasayaw Project, a mentorship and coaching program, and on-the-job training for graduating students and new graduates, in collaboration with two leading universities in Palawan, in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Business & Marketing, Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality.
