About Palisades Opera

Palisades Opera is at present a small scale opera company. We will put on full opera productions with professional singers, with piano accompaniment . We will sing all vocal music in the original languages in which they were composed. We will also perform operatic concerts with excepts from various operas and themed concerts. When ever possible we will endeavor to use choristers from local schools including both public and private institutions. In addition we will try to form connections with several community orchestras in order to be included in their season so that we can have the opportunity to perform with orchestra. All singers are auditioned. Roles can be double cast. Palisades opera will provide the community with affordable, high caliber vocal music.
