As the son of Vietnamese refugees, I grew up hearing stories of hard work and resilience—lessons that shaped my deep appreciation for the men and women who dedicate themselves to building something lasting for their employees, customers, and communities. My career spans operating leadership roles, investing, and partnering with business owners to pursue long-term growth.
