Pals exports to Europe and Africa covering both fashion into retail and uniforms for Defence, Fire, Hospital and Police Services. Pals manufactures 20,000 formal jackets and 60000 pairs of trousers a month in house and a further 3000 trousers a month are contracted out to approved South African Manufacturers. Pals also utilizes production capacity in Mauritius and China on a regular basis with approved long term suppliers. Pals is an owner managed business with both partners involved full time in the day to day management of the company. Pals is a fashion leader in its area of the market and has enjoyed continued solid growth. The modern factory utilizes a fully computerized planning and cutting system and is continually upgrading its machinery and computer software to keep abreast of all the productivity and quality gains that are available.
