Somos PALSUR films PALSUR is an independent artistic collective based in Tübingen, Germany, acting as a cultural bridge between Europe and the Global South. Our mission is to facilitate intercultural dialogue through various artistic expressions, with special emphasis on audiovisual production, literature, music, and performing arts. Our work is characterized by: - Creating and producing audiovisual projects that connect narratives between Germany and Latin America - Developing literary initiatives that promote cultural exchange and translation of works - Producing musical events and performances that merge European and Latin American artistic traditions - Managing artistic residencies and cultural exchange programs As a multidisciplinary collective, we facilitate creative spaces where artists from different cultural contexts can collaborate, resulting in works that transcend geographical and cultural boundaries. Our base in Tübingen allows us to leverage the rich academic and cultural tradition of this university city, while maintaining an active and dynamic dialogue with creators and artistic communities from the Global South.
