Pancho Anaya first opened in 1912 in Sahuayo, Michoacan, Mexico. Its tradition of fine bread grew from generation to generation, becoming one of the largest bakeries in Michoacan. In 1998, Francisco “Pancho” Anaya founded Pancho Anaya Bakery in the U.S., with the vision not only to make pastries rich in ingredients and taste, but also to promote family values and unity, accompanied by its own delicious café de olla. Pancho Anaya Bakery’s products are made with only all-natural fresh ingredients, without the use of lard, or artificial preservatives.
