How did Èva Margaret Godden who grew up in Budapest and the surrounding countryside become the dynamic self starter she is today? In 1980 Graduating as an Architectural Technician she made the brave move to New York. With practically no possessions and no knowledge of the English language or local culture. Eva spent the 80’s as a partner in a small construction & landscaping enterprise. Transforming the business through the setting up of professional processes & business plans she took main responsibility for marketing & business management. Never one to neglect her continuing professional development, she gained a Chartered Marketing status. This was attained in 2002 & a new career in Adult and Higher Education, lecturing in Marketing and Management at Guildford Business School. Resigned from teaching in 1998 with the aim to focus on her property portfolio and set up PP. Eva now focuses on her growing property portfolio which she manages with her husband. With the experience of having lived in three different Continents, she can give valuable advise on "How to have the best holiday of a life time" coupled with her expert knowledge with management and marketing, she runs a successful business.
