We are a DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF CUSTOM-MADE CARPETS company. Papiol was founded in 1956 in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain with the aim of providing a comprehensive service, as much in the design, manufacture and sale of carpets, rugs and tapestries, as in: - manufacture, installation, cleaning and restoration This vocation of integral service, transmitted from generation to generation (our grandfather Francesc Papiol was a pioneer when importing for the first time in Spain, the first machine for cleaning rugs from the United States), together with a constant commitment to innovation, has made us a leader in the sector. At Papiol we are not satisfied with making a difference, we want to constantly improve. This project only has meaning if it becomes a tangible value for our customers. We emphasise of our service, personal and direct contact with the client, advising and building trust. After sales service is a basic point, our work doesn't end with the sale of the product but rather we care about adequate cleaning and its maintenance.
