About Paquita's Angels

To strengthen the trajectory of South Florida families in need by providing school uniforms to children and other means of tangible support to children, families and senior citizens. We see a movement inspired by Abuela Paquita, a woman who did the most she could to help those in need around her. Her legacy will go on through the work we do, providing for those who cannot provide for themselves and empowering them to move forward so they can also help the next generation. We see people of all ages and needs rising up from difficulty to start new hopeful chapters in their lives. We see communities thriving instead of surviving when basic needs are met and hope is found for the journey ahead. Parents are not hesitant to ask for help because they know they will find resources, be treated with dignity and become part of a new family. We give more than just provision, we give belonging. We see schools partnering with children to ensure they are empowered to succeed, protected from stigma and provided for with higher standards. Schools are locating and serving those in need within their schools. Teachers and administrators become powerful allies for change. We see vendors and sponsors building a bridge to a better future with tangible supplies and support. They are proud to say they are a part of a movement bringing results in the community and impacting the lives of generations. Because of their backing, the peoplescape of South Florida will be different and everyone will know they were a part of that change. We see older adults being provided for by the younger generation of South Florida. They are honored for the work they have done to raise others. They are cared for with dignity so they can live better lives and continue to share their wisdom with younger generations.
