About PARA

This is a non-profit organisation which aim to upgrade the built environment of the developing communities in Bangladesh. It works to enhance spaces for the community through multi disciplinary practice. Aims and objectives: 1– Be an multi disciplinary organisation which engages with communities in Bangladesh 2– Use a process of rigour to effectively respond to each community and research strand 3– Hold exhibitions, events (workshops, debates etc) in connection to projects and research topics 4- Raise funds for projects in the community through fundraises, donors and sponsors 5– Recruit volunteers as necessary to help facilitate the work of para 6- Provide architectural services and consultancy to private and public organisation to generate income for para 7- Become self sustainable by allocating the profit from consultancy to our charitable objectives
