About Paradise Movement

Paradise Movement's mission is to create equal opportunities globally for women to access alternative mental health resources virtually. We guide women through their darkest moments into the beginning or continuation of their healing /wellness journey. We help you create your own personal paradise by helping you heal from trauma, discover wellness and have tangible tools to achieve and manifest your dreams. We build communities within the eight wellness modalities with global guides and holistic practitioners to create the safest space to empower women seeking healing from trauma/mental health to become their best and most fulfilled selves. Paradise Movement allows you to feel safe and hopeful to empower yourself to work on your mental health. Paradise Movement is a unique community that feels like home and connects you to yourself. Paradise Movement is not in the traditional western health care or therapy sector. Our offerings are curated by wellness guides and practitioners in various wellness modalities, from yoga instructors, child and youth workers, and reiki leaders to certified coaches, naturopaths and much more. Our Primary Focus is to connect individuals with resources and tangible activities (courses, programs, classes, workshops, articles) in a safe environment while allowing them to have community support throughout the journey via a membership-based platform.
