Owner, Rainer Muller, incorporated the company in 2004. As a trained architect in Europe, the course of his career was changed when his own mother moved into a retirement living community in Switzerland. Rainer was inspired by how enriched her life became, and this fueled his passion and vision for retirement residences featuring high-quality construction, fresh food, active living programs and services. PARC Retirement Living now employs 350 staff and operates six, unique, award-winning residences. Our employees refer to us as a dynamic workplace, where they inspire one another through optimism and compassion. PARC Retirement Living contributes approximately $300,000 annually to neighborhood organizations that benefit the lives of seniors. Our mission is to ensure residents thrive through an active, enriched lifestyle in all of our communities. Developed as part of our ongoing research into independence as we age, the PARC Active Living™ program offers all residents premium services and amenities including fitness classes, art and cultural programs, chef-prepared cuisine, an onsite Wellness Consultant, complimentary transportation and more.
