Philosophy Our philosophy is based on empowering kids to make choices, understand consequences and provide "toolkits" for parents to manage kids behavior. We want to provide systems and solutions that provide a kinder approach to challenging situations that can become frustrating for parents. Our core focus for our products is establishing -Honor, respect and dignity -Establishing empowerment and accountability -Recognize and reward -Manage chaos and conflict Owner As a single mom of four trying to maintain a career while managing a household of four kids was at times complete chaos and endless conflict. I thought I was the worst parent in the world and had to find a more positive method of interacting with my kids instead of yelling. I started developing systems to set expectations while giving my kids the ability to choose. They had the choice to perform a task, change behavior or face the consequences. These solutions have been effective in changing my kids behavior and mine. My kids have even used the toolkits on me. The tools I developed mimic many of the techniques often seen in the corporate world where performance is measured and rewarded. I took what I learned during my career and applied it to family life getting the best performance from my children. They haven't always worked perfectly but they have led to more positive results and relationships with my kids.
