Parents Engaged in Education operates CANADA’S FIRST EDUCATION BANK, offering free school supplies, technology, 15 learning programs including an award-winning STEM/ROBOTICS program to diverse, underserved children/youth in order that they have a more equitable educational experience. We support the theory that "It takes a village to raise a child" and we are committed to being part of that village. We also prioritize engaging parents in the children’s education. The state of parent engagement has changed more in the last 5 - 10 years than any time in modern history. With many parents working more than one job, single parent families, higher rate of new Canadians, challenging curriculums and so many of our children with mental health issues, there has never been a time when parent engagement has been so important.
