The story of Le Parfait Paris begins in 2014 with the opening of a family-run patisserie & boulangerie in San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter. Today, Le Parfait Paris brings its French savoir-faire throughout Southern California. With its flagship French bakery located in San Diego’s Gaslamp, it also has locations in Del Mar Highlands Skydeck, Liberty Station's Liberty Public Market, and Anaheim Packing District next to Disney, with more locations in the planning stages. Its variety of savory and sweet fares are also sold in James Coffee Company outlets in Little Italy, Bankers Hill, and North Park. Owner Guillaume Ryon invites guests to taste the French Art de Vivre and celebrate his Gourmet Parisian heritage. Le Parfait is known for its award-winning, all made from scratch, desserts, macarons, and pastries.
