Parity was originally founded in October 2017 by Adam S. Heinrich to facilitate the takeover and transition plan of the Solar Trusts. Parity has been the Fund Manager for two Private Mutual Fund Trusts "The Solar Trusts" in Ontario since December 22nd, 2017. The Trusts have 2800 Unit Holders across Canada, 85 Solar PV assets throughout Southern Ontario, annual revenue of 10+ Million and a total value of 55+ Million. For the last 3 years Adam has led his team with the assistance of Sculler Energy, in restoring considerable value back to the Trusts for all stakeholders. This includes Unit Holders, Laurentian Bank, Farm Credit Canada, Five Exempt Market Dealers and more than 80 Dealing Representatives across 5 Provinces. During 2020, Parity led the initiative to recapitalize the Trusts and has raised approximately 4.8 Million in Equity and Short-Term Debt Financing directly with the original Accredited Investors of the Trusts across Canada. This has been achieved all without paying any commissions, or fees, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, one of the most unstable economic climates of the last 80 years. The Trusts are now in the final stages of a stabilization plan and early stages of a long-term growth plan that will add further value back for the Unit Holders, grow the Trusts asset base and target and exit for legacy investors in the next 36-48 months.
