Many professional women feel uncomfortable negotiating for a raise. Our program and online community give women the confidence to ask for the better projects, promotions and perks they deserve. Program Description • Learn to successfully ask for a pay rise, or anything else you want! • This course will give you the skills to build personal resilience and develop presence, clear mental mindblocks around money, feel competent and confident, develop a plan to become recognised in your field and to identify what you want & successfully negotiate for it. • The program is a self-paced online program. A new module will be released each fortnight from 8 March 2021. The modules are broken down into short segments that will take 60 to 90 minutes overall per week to complete, so you will be able to fit the segments into your busy life. • Includes 12 weeks of Q&A group calls beginning in Week 1, to help support you through the modules and to apply what you’ve learned in the course. Replays of those Q&A sessions will be available to course participants within 24 hrs. • You will also be able to email questions and comments to us at any time and receive a response within 24-48hrs. Community: Online community; groups & DMs Facilitated Groups: • I'm training as a LeanIn Circle leader These are free however the group size's limited by LeanIn organisation to about 12 women. Information is supplied by LeanIn, for discussion by the group. This is an ongoing 'meetup' style group that will operate around the Sydney CBD or Camperdown area on a day and at a time and location that suits the group. • Success Teams: These are $350 for 8 weeks. The ideal group size is of 8 to 12 women who are interested in supporting other women to achieve a particular goal. I have a licence from Barbara Sher to run these groups in the Sydney Metro area. These teams have been running for 30 years and have been an outstanding success; team members often stay in contact for years.
