WELCOME TO PARK LANE HOMES We are an independent house building business with an exceptional record for developing homes of the very highest standard in quality and craftsmanship. Our in-house team of experts has extensive knowledge and experience in delivering projects from land acquisition, planning, design and construction stages through to completion. DEVELOPMENTS From barn conversions and large Victorian style villas, to unique detached homes and luxury apartments, we have the skills and expertise to design and build the ultimate luxurious and characterful new build homes in the most desirable areas of West and North Yorkshire. Whether clients have existing land, or heart set on a location we will work with them to take an initial concept right the way through to completion. No idea is too big, we do our utmost to deliver the perfect new home. LAND CONSULTANCY Our land consultancy service has been formed to deliver great planning permissions and to make the selling of residential development land a simple and straightforward process. We will work in partnership with our land surveyors, planning consultants and architects in order to ascertain the viability of a site in relation to the redevelopment potential and the associated land value. We focus on prime locations in the principle towns and villages in North and West Yorkshire, we are always interested in acquiring new sites, and we have a proven track record of success in obtaining successful planning permissions.
