Park Place was founded by a team with over 40 years of combined experience in Commercial Real Estate. Crowdfunding has become a viable and ever more popular form of capital raise for real estate. Most commercial real estate professionals and syndicators are either unfamiliar or don't have the expertise to take advantage of crowdfunding to raise capital. We have found the current crowdfunding platforms having several disadvantages, including exceedingly high costs to list a deal, extremely stringent selection criteria (less than 1% of deals can be listed), exclusivity agreements, and much more. At Park Place we believe, there is a better and simpler way to bring crowdfunding to a larger group of real estate sponsors. Our mission is to democratize real estate crowdfunding and remove all the hurdles needed for a real estate professional to syndicate a deal and take advantage of crowdfunding to raise the needed capital. Having been investors and syndicators ourselves, we understand your perspective and needs. So we have created a simpler and more universal platform for you. As a start up we are committed to building a partnership with our clients and so we are not charging any listing fee for our early partners. Furthermore: We do not have you sign an exclusivity agreement We provide an easy and intuitive platform to list your deals and present it to a large number of accredited investors We have partnered with Wilson Sonsini to help you do all the legal processes (if needed) to create a syndicated deal.
