About Park Towne Development

Park Towne Development Corporation is a family run Madison-based real estate company serving southern Wisconsin for over 40 years. The beginning of Park Towne was an idea two brother-in-laws had to buy some land on the west side of Madison to hold and sell to a developer. As time went by the decision was made to develop the land themselves as Parkwood Hills neighborhood. Parkwood Hills included single family lots, condominiums and a retail center. A few years later they purchased the land across the street and developed the commercial neighborhood of Park Towne. In the beginning lots were sold, but soon after Park Towne started developing single and multi-tenant buildings for lease. As the portfolio of buildings grew, so did Park Towne, adding a division for property management and brokerage. Park Towne continues to develop commercial buildings while also developing residential neighborhoods. Recent neighborhoods have been developed in Verona, Dane, Baraboo, Whitewater, and Sun Prairie, WI. Currently Park Towne is developing Conservancy Place, a 650 acre mixed-use community in DeForest, WI.
