About Parker & Associates
A family-owned company that was founded in 1977 by Philip R. Parker, Sr., a Maryland Professional Land Surveyor, and his wife, Bonnie. The company originally occupied several office locations on the Salisbury downtown plaza before opening their Broad Street office in 1986. Philip R. Parker and Associates specialized in residential surveys and site development. Their strong reputation for customer service lead to continued growth, and in 1997 the company moved to Wilson Street to accommodate the growth of their business and the demands of the eastern shore area development. In 1999 the company name changed to Parker & Associates, Inc. upon Brock Parker, joining the company. Brock is a graduate of Clemson University and is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware as a Professional Engineer and a Professional Land Surveyor. In 2004, Parker & Associates, Inc. moved to its present location on Riverside Drive. The company has consistently provided personal service to their loyal client base remaining close to each project from inception to construction. Parker and Associates has a very experienced and diverse team with a vast array of knowledge and skills in surveying, engineering, permitting, and construction. Together as a team it gives us the ability to tackle any job, big or small.
