At Parker Immigration, we know that every case is more than paperwork — it’s someone’s future. We represent immigrants nationwide in asylum, family-based petitions, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and adjustment of status, with particular strength in crimmigration and federal litigation. This firm was born out of hard lessons. We saw too many prospective clients turned away from non-profits because of limited funding or philanthropic priorities that didn’t reflect community needs — such as excluding adults seeking bond or asylum seekers with difficult claims. We also worked inside a private practice where conflicts of interest and the unauthorized practice of law left people vulnerable. Those experiences made it clear: immigrants deserve better. We know how easy it is for immigration cases to get treated like numbers. That’s not how we work. Every case is different, and we take the time to understand the person behind it and what’s at stake. Sometimes that means fighting for release from detention, sometimes it’s a complicated waiver, and sometimes it’s taking the government to federal court.
