About Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center
For over 60 years, Parkview has remained devoted to serving the healthcare needs of our community through all stages of life, from newborns to seniors. Parkview’s original 50-bed hospital was founded in 1958 by five physicians who had a common purpose: to provide quality, compassionate healthcare to the residents of Riverside and surrounding communities. In 1967, Parkview became a non-profit hospital and gradually expanded to 193 beds. In 2018, Parkview joined the AHMC healthcare family. Our goal is to maintain our focus on high-quality and personalized care as we grow to meet the community’s changing healthcare needs. With over 525 physicians and 1200 employees, our expert team uses the latest technologies and equipment, while continuing to focus on the most important part of the healing process - the human touch.
