In June 2014, after working for nearly 19 years at leading legal institutions for a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients, I left "big law" to start my own firm. I decided to take this step in response to the continuing changes impacting our economy and the legal marketplace, so that I may focus on serving the needs of corporate and individual clients, and helping them address their problems and challenges in the most creative, expeditious and cost-effective manner possible. I am admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Seventh and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. I received my J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and my undergraduate degree from Columbia College.
