Parrish-Point, LLC, is a privately owned DBE/SWAM state certified company (Headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia) with a focus to work alongside government agencies and private sector organizations for the establishment and re-establishment of strong self-sufficient and thriving communities throughout the world. Through our many services in support of land development it is our efforts to improve and strengthen the process of getting projects off the ground and completed without costly over-runs and delays during their design and construction phases. The business is supported by over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land-use planning, transportation, and land development. This division of the company is dedicated to streamlining the engineering design, permitting, and construction effort of each project (coordination, consulting, and administration). Parrish-Point, LLC, Professionals have good working relationships with municipal agencies within the state of Virginia, as well as VDOT, HRT, MWAA and WMATA for various types of projects (Land development, Roadway, Bus and Rail Transit development projects), enabling effective communication and successful approval from the agencies. Mr. Jeff L. Parrish (Owner and founder) was one of the original designers of an earlier phase in the Norfolk-Virginia Beach LRT project, as well as serving on the project management team for the Dulles Corridor Rapid Transit Project (a billion dollar rail and roadway project located in the heart of the Washington D.C Metropolitan area). (Both projects are currently under construction). The firm’s mission is to provide each and every project with the strongest teaming of specialized skill sets from a multi-disciplinary arrangement of professionals. Our goal for each project is to always exceed the goals of our client.
