Parshin Dental is centered on providing the New York City community with the most professional and advanced dental care available. The primary focus of our practice has always been our patients, as we specialize in providing a very wide array of dental services and techniques. Both locations provide everything from a routine cleaning, to a complex reconstructive dental surgery and our payment systems accept all major insurance plans. Dr. Alex Parshin is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. During his fourth year, he was inaugurated into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society for excellence in Dental Prosthodontics. After receiving his dental degree, he served a one-year residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. On June 30, 2011, he received the Resident of the Year Award in appreciation for his outstanding service as a post grad resident. During his residency, Dr. Parshin obtained extensive training in Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics (root canals) and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Parshin is a current member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, the New York State Dental Society and the Richmond County Dental Society.
