About Partners In Care Maryland

Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. is a Volunteer based 501(c)3 nonprofit Organization, and a recognized Leader in Maryland for Programs and Services that support the independence of older adults - age 60 and older. Through a unique culture of Service Exchange/Time Banking, Members utilize their gifts and talents to support each other–NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS! Partners In Care's TRANSPORTATION Program provide Members with arm-in-arm, door-through-door transportation to medical facilities, healthcare appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and to run errands. Our REPAIRS WITH CARE Program offers services that help Members to cross off the items on their “honey-do” list such as changing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, as well as helping to insure Member’s homes are safe by installing items such as grab bars and toilet risers. MEMBER CARE is a person-centered Program that provides advocacy, and encourages community engagement by offering social learning events and opportunities to build community. Our UPSCALE RESALE BOUTIQUE is a Social Enterprise, where proceeds provide financial support to the Organization, while creating an opportunity for Members to Volunteer their time, and make new friends while banking time and building community.
