When we work on a project, our thinking is based on our years of experience in hospitality. We both started at the grassroot level pouring pints and washing dishes. This is what gives us the experience required to overview and deliver a project. We have worked all facets within hospitality and learnt that no one in a business is any more important than the next person, and it requires everyone to do their bit to succeed.
