About Partners in Healthcare
We are an Orlando Home Health Agency supporting families in Orlando and the surrounding communities. Our RN managed home care services support you and your family by providing services to clients from newborn through seniors. When family caregivers are exhausted and need a break, we provide home care options. Taking the stress out of care giving is what we do best. Your client centered Care Plan is created and maintained by RNs with the client or the family’s approval. Your care manager will match the needs of the client to our best compatible caregivers before introducing them to the client. Bringing a stranger into your home is difficult in the best of circumstances and this method of introduction has proven to be very successful and you always have the right to request a change in caregivers. Our Care Managers work with your family and your care team to monitor any changes in your condition and make changes to your care plan as needed. Typically a nurse will review and update your plan if needed on a monthly basis. Should a change in your condition warrant a visit by a RN Care Manager, these are provided at no charge you to you. Our Director of nursing ensures that her team is focused on keeping you healthy and as independent as possible in the comfort of your home.
