About Partnership for Good Health

We are on a mission to improve health equity for refugees, immigrants, and migrants by developing a workforce of community health workers that will eliminate cultural and language barriers to healthcare. Our community health workers will share the same culture and speak the same language as their clients. They will help clients navigate the health care system and follow their plan of care. This may include scheduling/transporting to appointments/pharmacies, individual/group health education, and self-care training.
