Partnership for Public Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to leading and partnering in public health strategies across the Lakes Region and New Hampshire for safer and healthier communities. Based out of Laconia, NH with additional offices in Tamworth, NH, PPH serves individuals across the lifespan on vital public health iniatives such as substance misuse prevention, emergency preparedness & response, community resource navigation, services for older adults & caregivers, and leading the Winnipesaukee region's public health council. Our passionate team connects and leads a village of partners who educate, empower, and collaborate on health and wellness initiatives to make our communities healthier, stronger, and safer.
