About PARVIS systems and services s.p.a.
PARVIS core business is the design and development of products and services, characterized by the use of the highest technological standards, addressed to the industrial automation and manufacturing environment in general. Since 1997, PARVIS mainly operates in the high security printing industry, providing solutions for manufacturing process control and production traceability. Two, well integrated, lines of systems have been developed in the recent years. ABACO-MES is dedicated to traceability and control of the production workflow; PROXIMA is dedicated to statistical process control through accurate measurement of semi-finished products. These two lines are completed by a centralized data server, named ABACO-ds, in charge of coordinating data acquisition and enabling an integrated management of the workflow and traceability data making these data available to data analytics web applications or to company ERPs. Thanks to these developments, PARVIS has been able to conceive and develop innovative solutions that have been patented on a national and international level. Some of the components of the PROXIMA line have been certified as suitable for Euro banknotes production. PARVIS constantly invests in R&D activities. The ongoing investments in the production traceability area (ABACO-MES) concern different control aspects like secure identification of operators, environmental data acquisition and printing presses interconnection. Investments concerning the measurement systems (PROXIMA) have the objective of satisfying the growing need to control the new anticounterfeiting systems used in the security printing industry through the development of new control devices and the constant evolution of the existing systems. Thanks to the constant commitment to R&D and to the patents achieved, since 2016 PARVIS is registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Verona as an innovative PMI company.
