Pasch Companies is a York-based, full-service commercial and residential real estate investment and development company founded by Timothy F. Pasch in 1990. Pasch Companies has developed, redeveloped or acquired projects totaling over 3,500,000 square feet. Some of the most recent projects include Market Street Commons, a mixed-use development with townhomes, retail, a hotel, and convenience store; Lincoln Pines, a luxury townhome community in East York; and The Paddock, an active 55+ lifestyle community. Other notable projects on the horizon: FREEDOM SQUARE Freedom Square is a progressive master planned community in Conewago Township. The project encompasses a town-center experience that includes both residential and commercial development programs with extensive outdoor recreational amenities. Implemented over several phases, Freedom Square will offer more than 1,640 combined residential units including garden apartments, townhomes, single family homes, and active adult homes. The project also includes 350 senior apartments and a 15-acre senior memory care facility. In addition to its residential components, Freedom Square is also expected to include two hotels, convenience and retail stores, restaurants, a grocery store, a coffee shop, and 185,500 square feet of office space. As the result of the development, an estimated 4,939 temporary construction jobs will be supported, and at full build-out, Freedom Square is expected to create nearly 1,583 new, permanent jobs. In addition to the job opportunities, the community is expected to bring in an estimated $21.2 million in annual property tax revenue at full build-out. BENTLEY FARMS York County's newest and most elegant event venue is set to open in October of 2022! Tucked away on a serene 12-acre farm, the 1820's farmhouse and barn have been meticulously renovated by owner, Tim Pasch. Complete with landscaped gardens and grounds, a pond and a bridge, this event venue can ac up to 300 guests.
