About PASG Projects

We are the only specialist project management company in Australia who specialise solely on building remediation and repairs. We work with the best consultants and contractors to deliver excellent project outcomes. We understand communication is paramount and develop a communication plan to suit each client. We deliver an end-to-end project management service following our proprietary PASG Remediation Process, from initial inspections (including defect inspection reports), completing and understanding the client brief, forming a project management plan, client communication plan, through to implementation and completion. PASG Projects assists clients with building upgrades including common area renovations and fit-outs through to assisting with preventative maintenance plans. Whether you are a strata manager, building manager or facilities manager, we can take the stress of managing these projects away from you. We work with Owners Committees to ensure all stakeholders have a full understanding of the issues involved, the proposed solution, and the schedule for remediation. Each project has a communications plan. We are experts in advising clients and project managing combustible cladding remediation, waterproof and structural repairs and remediation and providing defect reports. A key part of our role is educating our clients and stakeholders, so they fully understand the issues involved in building remediation. We provide presentations and educational materials on all aspects of fixing a building. These are developed as training materials for strata managers and educational materials for owners committees.
